- 01st October to 30th April: Flight operations on request
For ALL take-offs and landings, prior approval must be obtained from the airport operations manager by phone or email. ("PPR" - prior permission required)

Fuel:
AVGAS (100LL), MOGAS (Super 98 ROZ)
The operations manager on duty is responsible for carrying out the refueling. He has the necessary keys to the petrol station and checks the petrol station at the beginning of the day and after any heavy rain for functional and operational readiness. The operations manager also carries out and documents a daily “water check” of the fuel-storage depot.
PARKING SPACES:
Parking spaces for day visitors will be allocated according to availability after consultation with the operations manager.
HANGARING:
On request and subject to availability.
Selfbriefing:
The information desk at Mauterndorf airfield offers every pilot a computer with internet access, a printer and an up-to-date aeronautical map (RogersData) for flight preparation for free use.
PAYMENT:
Accruing fees (e.g. fuel, landing, parking and hangar fees, ...) can be paid in cash as well as via ATM or credit card to the operations manager on site.
Wireless Internet Access:
The password for free WiFi can be obtained from the operations manager.
